Every time I come into this location, all of the employees are extremely courteous and knowledgable, and the store is very clean. Watching the technicians in the shop, they are all efficient and work well together, and the cleanliness of the work area is very noticeable. I feel totally comfortable referring this Discount Tire location to anyone.

I’ve used this location several times and highly recommend it. Staff is friendly and professional, usually. My last visit went well until I went to pickup my vehicle. Took me close to 20 minutes to be handed my keys, literally. There were 3 employees in the lobby, one was off work, one was the slowest person on earth and I couldn’t even tell what the third was doing. None of the three even acknowledged I was standing there. Never had experienced that before at Discount, a little disappointed. When one of the “go getters” finally got to me he handed me me key which literally took him 15 seconds. I would recommend they move these three in the back and not let them deal directly with the public.

The store was very busy yet I never felt neglected. My car was repaired in less time than quoted initially. The personnel at the store were kind, patient and helpful.

I would recommend this store to anyone needing tires/service. I just dont like that they are so booked up and then I feel like they have to rush when it comes to the end. I would want them to take their time when completing the service, not rush me just so you can close. I get it, but that is when mistakes happen.
